Open Streets is back in 2019.  Sutherland Ave. from N. Bellemeade Ave. to Division St. will be closed to car traffic.  Ride your bike, walk or dance in the street.  Lots of activites for the whole family.  Also, this is adjacent to Third Creek bike trail, so you can just keep on riding.
